What is D365 Project Academy?

D365 Project Academy is an elite, cohort-based mentoring framework for Dynamics 365 professionals operating in the DACH region. We engineer delivery excellence as an operational capability — not theoretical certification preparation.

Founded by veterans with 250+ enterprise D365 projects delivered, the Academy was built to address the critical gap between technical capability and operational delivery maturity.

The D365 Project Academy is mentored by Patrick McGibney and Zlatko Spasov — two active enterprise practitioners with decades of combined D365 implementation experience across the DACH region.

Framework structure

The elite mentoring framework operates across three sequential phases, each building on the last to establish complete operational excellence:

• Phase 01 — Technical Foundations: D365 platform architecture, environment setup, security governance, and ALM fundamentals
• Phase 02 — Sales & Business Development: Service offering definition, DACH market positioning, pricing architecture, and client acquisition
• Phase 03 — Structured Delivery: Trust-based client relationships, stakeholder governance, scalable delivery structures, and repeatable systems

Engagement format

The mentoring framework runs over 8–10 weeks:

• Duration: 8–10 weeks of structured mentoring and implementation
• Daily structure: Structured modules (20–40 min) + applied implementation exercises
• Live mentoring: Twice-weekly sessions with Patrick and Zlatko
• Time commitment: 8–10 hours per week
• Intake size: 10 participants maximum

Onboarding steps

The application and onboarding process:

2. 2. Our team reviews your application and background
3. 3. Receive confirmation and onboarding details
4. 4. Complete enrollment via secure payment link
5. 5. Gain immediate access to pre-framework materials

Applications close immediately once the 10-participant capacity is reached. New groups begin every quarter.

Sandbox environments

Every participant receives access to dedicated D365 implementation environments:

• Full admin access to your dedicated training tenant
• Pre-configured with enterprise scenario data
• Access during the framework + 60 days post-completion
• No D365 license required — fully provisioned

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund if you do so 3 or more days before the intake begins. Cancellations between 3 days and 1 day before start receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 1 day before the intake begins are not eligible for refunds.

Ongoing access

Framework completion is the beginning, not the end. Alumni retain:

• Lifetime access to all framework materials
• Private alumni community platform
• Quarterly alumni workshops on advanced operational topics
• First access to new content and resources
• Collaboration opportunities within the alumni network
