Basic familiarity with CRM concepts helps, but we start from foundations. If you understand what a Lead, Contact, and Opportunity are conceptually, you're ready.
Plan for 1-2 hours daily. Each day has a video lesson (20-40 min) plus hands-on exercises. Live calls are twice weekly. Consistency matters more than marathon sessions.
Yes. Every participant gets access to a dedicated D365 Sales training environment. You'll build your entire implementation there and keep access for 60 days after the course ends.
All live calls are recorded and you have lifetime access to course materials. The structure is flexible - many participants catch up on weekends.
