Common Questions

Basic familiarity with CRM concepts helps, but we start from foundations. If you understand what a Lead, Contact, and Opportunity are conceptually, you're ready.

Plan for 1-2 hours daily. Each day has a video lesson (20-40 min) plus hands-on exercises. Live calls are twice weekly. Consistency matters more than marathon sessions.

Yes. Every participant gets access to a dedicated D365 Sales training environment. You'll build your entire implementation there and keep access for 60 days after the course ends.

All live calls are recorded and you have lifetime access to course materials. The structure is flexible - many participants catch up on weekends.

For students who demonstrate exceptional technical rigor and delivery quality during the sprint, we may extend an invitation to work on D365PA or partner projects — full-time, part-time, or as a freelancer. This is entirely merit-based and assessed during the sprint. We don't just build architects. We scout for them.
